Hi I'm Allie, and I am here to support you on your journey to better health and wellness. 

With over 7 years of dedicated experience in the field of physiotherapy, I am committed to helping you recover from injuries, optimise your well-being, and rediscover more joy in living.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of private practice physiotherapy with extra qualifications in the following areas:

I can also help provide a personalised treatment plan to help best maintain your physical abilities including your strength, balance and independence.

I can personalise an exercise program that caters to your unique needs and goals. With my extensive experience and specialised qualifications, I can create a comprehensive plan that encompasses a wide variety of exercise types including:

Allie will conduct a thorough evaluation of your unique needs, medical history, and physical condition. She will then provide a individualised treatment plan tailored to your personal values and goals.

Following up from an initial consultation, Allie will check in and provide ongoing support and adjustments to continue to assist you on your path to recovery.
